Stacey Lora is a proven leader in aviation safety and security, recognized for driving strategic initiatives that protect millions of passengers while advancing operational excellence. With a career rooted in innovation, resilience, and collaboration, she brings a unique blend of executive leadership, technical expertise, and a deep commitment to community engagement.

As Head of Safety & Security at JFKIAT, Stacey oversees one of the nation’s busiest international terminals, serving over 27 million passengers annually. She leads comprehensive safety and security strategies, aligning operational priorities with evolving industry standards and regulatory requirements. Her work integrates risk management, crisis readiness, and emerging technology to enhance both protection and the passenger experience.

Stacey also serves on the Airport Advisory Board for Westchester County, providing strategic insights that strengthen operational efficiency, stakeholder trust, and community alignment. In addition, she is an advisor to the Women’s Leadership Program at Mercy University, where she assists with program content development and contributes her expertise to support the growth of women enrolled in the program.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Strategic Leadership, and is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) through ISACA. Stacey is also an active member of A-ISAC, ASIS, ACI-NA and holds ACE Certification in Security.
