Ordained in 2005, Pastor Dabee serves as JFK Airport Community Minister/Chaplain and Interim Pastor, and is a member of St. James–St. Matthew’s in South Ozone Park. With a foundation in accountancy and public management from the University of Guyana, he later earned a Master of Divinity and a Master of Sacred Theology from the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia. In 2023, independent study in Germany deepened his theological reflection on Martin Luther, the Holocaust, and Dietrich Bonhoeffer’s resistance to Nazism.

Pastor Dabee’s ministry bridges church, community, and aviation, offering pastoral care in one of the world’s busiest airports while leading congregational and community initiatives. He launched a food program to address local food insecurity, helped establish an intergenerational care initiative in partnership with First Presbyterian Church in Jamaica, and he serves on the Queens District Attorney’s Advisory Council, Community Board 10, and as Treasurer of the International Association of Civil Aviation Chaplains.

A lifelong servant of the wider church, Pastor Dabee has contributed to youth leadership, candidacy formation, cross-synod initiatives, and international Lutheran engagement. Known for a reflective, discerning leadership style, he emphasizes stewardship, community care, and leading by example—committed to being the hands and feet of Christ in both sacred and public spaces.
